He should have had a monstrous hemotoma across his forehead from when Natalia slammed him into the metal rail hard enough to knock him unconscious. But he seemed fine.

Yeah, Hawkeye probably should have been killed by that blow or at the very least had a very sever concussion. It didn't help his condition that she then punched him in the face.
