What an incredible moment to capture, a pose that's both beautiful, yet tortured. It almost seems like your model's surrendering Christ-like to some higher divine. And the stark divisions between darkness and pale -- and infrequently, luminous -- skin only further add to its dramatic impact. All of which (forgive me) prompts me to make one small/huge suggestion. Instead of Fade Into Me, I suggest FALL Into Me, which is what I initially misread your title to be. I'm always drawn to photographs that tell more of a story than I can ever know or easily invent, and this is one of my favorites.
