Yeah. Makoto looks to me as someone who keeps her real thoughts to herself more often than not, so if that encounter happened after (if) they started dating, it would've be really interesting to see her reaction (given her default reaction to meeting her feels a little... suspicious at first no matter if you're romancing her or not, lol.)
