there, I finalley decited to draw a star ocean coupling-who might be the cutest couple? Fayt and Sophitia?
Cliff and Mirage? Huxley and Mariah? nawww all wrong!
It's Peppita and Albel of caurse!!! there might be a
slightly difference in age - sure but who cares! XD
no really - Albel the wicked seems to hate all people-
i think the only one who could warm his frozen heart
is Peppita, since she is too cute to not love her ^^.
haa~, Albel will show feelings just for her, and she goes like
" とてもすさまじいです! ああ、兄(oniichan)、私を愛してください! "
and he
"スフレ-chan、しかし、あなたは、とてもかわいくて、若いです…"
and she
"知っています。 しかし、私はあなたと恋に落ちるほど年上です!"

oops sorry, I got a little carried away!
however, I will draw a star ocean fan doujin eventually
with those 2 characters in main act, too. (sooner or later..)
I will also upload alternative versions of that pic in the scrap section I guess

In a few Japanese websites they seem to like this pairing, and I like it too, it's very cute! It is just a game so I think the age difference is fine, I mean they're fictional characters. Very cute, I hope you draw them again, I would like to draw them too someday! :3

my grandparent's age difference was much higher though (i mean really much higher, people thought he was her father...), and that was reality
but i understand that this is a rare thing of caurse. however, if you fall in love with someone older than you, don't let the law spoil the fun! ;D

You may have no idea how many fan-fic sites I searched through for an AlbelxPeppita! this brightens my heart (Or darkens it) too see it! I always wondered, hell I almost made my own stuff...you have mad props.

What are you talking........oh i seee, FYI i did not i reapeat did not type this, my brothers stopped by to visit and they got hold of my computer and typed that. i think it is a great pic. though, i wouldn't pair Albel and Peppita, but that's my opinion, who am i to judge a pic.

still, aweome work ^^ I love Star Ocean 3 but I've yet to beat it... it's just as fun as SO2 but with better voices and far less glitches ^^
actually, I just came home from buying a used copy of the game (since the one I cureently have is borrowed) and this pic was quite a surprise ^^

and you're right about that - it is similar fun but i think the story of SO3 is too straight. you don't have much of a chance to learn more about your team members in private (they just say 1-2 stupid sentences in towns), and you can't couple characters T-T either. i have the impression the story writers of that game did quite a bad job... maybe they were in a hurry..? <_<
also i think that many of the riddles in SO3 dungeons are absurd, you can't find the solution without a walkthrough -.-
aaand i find it ridiculous that you get some of the characters just on CD2 ... <_< gosh!
haha enough ranting XD ! the character design is cute.
about SO2 , i think the voice acting was actually quite good but the sound quality was bad.. ( -but you must admit, the voice of dias flac.. was quite sexey *-*)

mm. dias and Leon were the only voices I liked.. and to a lesser extent, Chisato, Opera and Bowman..... but the majority of 'em had poor battle lines "Go to Heaven" O_o plus, Claude and Rena's voices were just... ack! @_@
I think someone said it best when they said Claude sounds like a girl impersonating a guy XD
and I agree with ya on SO3's story. I wish there had been a few more worlds to explore probably the best thing I like about the game is the music (mainly, the victory theme) well that, and Albel Laughing maniacally when he gains a level X3
