First of all, it's a bit personal...

That base is so old, I HAVE to redraw it OAQ

But ignoring that~!

I think your character might need a bit more variety with their colour scheme c: Perhaps different shades of blues or whites~

Having the same colour everywhere can make your design a bit confusing for others c:

And for the details of the design, well that's up to you~Β 

If you draw your character a lot, you'll notice that you'll unconsciously start changing certain details of their design so that it fits your liking <3 It might take some time but it will happen

Never thought I should try different types of art color skills
I should try different blue colors
Plus,since her name is Bow I should add more Ribbons but not
to many
