i offer a little service of, 10USD of converting your character from a drawing into animatable parts in flash, 25 USD(including the 10USD for the character design) and above if you are lazy to animate them, but you have to tell me whats the list the character has to do. In not mentioned cases, i will work as close as possible to your art style,

yep, deffinitly one of the best specials. long too....which could be bad (in the game/story/w/e)

naw, once the character is within the area of the cyber net, its trapped and paralyzed, long range weapon will be shielded off, but if the character can somehow manage to jump OVER the range of shield then it will be a problem, besides, walking into it will also cause you to get trapped
