My mother also liked those two when I showed her the Phoenix Priestess movie, and she had a good laugh on Juvia's humor with her personality towards Gray. How my mother watched the film was because I got into Fairy Tail big time, and wondered about what it's like. Little skeptical at first, but she enjoyed it even though she doesn't watch much any more anime or movies because of her disability.
Just a little fact to share with you and that I got to like Gruvia in the end.

my mum does not know English, so we cannot watch it together It is nice that you can share your favourite anime with your parent Juvia is nice and I think that she deserved to be with Gray ^^ Gray was also alone, as he lost his parents and his teacher. In my opinion, thanks to her, he was able to find love once again ^^
