yeap, the forum provides ok info on the matter. When i had more time to invest in my dogs, i used to exercise them more through long walks and sprint sessions (2 per day) almost everyday. Now I can`t do that anymore so whan i have time, i do some rough tire-play and leave a weight collar on a couple of days per week + quality dog vitamins

It is hard to find proper info on it but it seems to be just peoples own exercise routine they have with their dogs, I always thought there was one special way that everyone did it but maybe it's different for every person and their dog?
I guess I will just start with more walking, urban sledding and backpacking, they are sure to benefit from that

True. It basically depends on where you live, if you have a yard or not, if you keep the dog inside or out and of course the amount of time you are willing to spend on doing the job
