this looks good! I always find drawing someone doing their hair super difficult because of angles and the complicated hand movements ( maybe I should use a mirror the next time...)

Oh yes, I second that! Once I stop worrying/ accept imperfection things go smoother and I'm more content with the outcome And I think that's one of the beauties of your style, the calmness and lightness of your drawings. They pose more than they move, but every drawing tells a moving short story: Harry grabbing a hot drink before stumbling to bed, the trio posing for a photo with each one of them a teasing comment for the others ready on the tip of their tongue,
faces with minds that go a mile a minute, that dream, that flirt and worry and agonize, Anna being twitchy and impatient and fed up(because of what? whom?), Remington actually posing for a model shooting, or moving really sexily down the street to grab a coffee, Remus, REMUS don't get me started on my favorite boy<3
The angles add movement to the drawings, and so do the lively gestures, the natural poses, the simply beautiful expressions and BLUSHES, the little details indicating minute movements of the feet, hands, and hair - there's a wind blowing, someone is tapping or stretching his feet, or flexing his fingers, eyes just closed for a daydream, something just made them blush (a cool wind or warm temperature? a thought? a person? I know most of the time they are just pretty) There is always lots to discover in your work, and to me it's like looking at calm water, it's calm, but like water also moving.Β
It's like in those Ghibli moviesΒ Β "a slow-moving, yet always-moving emptiness that is best described by the Japanese word "ma,"" moments in which a character,Β for example, just sits, look at a stream, sigh,Β
and it's such a good warm feeling (if you want to know more about "ma" and Ghibli, google Miyazaki ma).Β
So feel however you want about your work, to me they are far from boring, they make me warm and happy and looking and wanting for more happy little things^^ And personally, comparing your art to Ghibli's masterpieces is the highest compliment I can give, so there))) Keep it up, I'll never get tired of your work! Thanks so much for sharing<3<3<3
