EDIT: Their names are Dolly (white) and Polly (black), they both can speak Russian and englishAGGH THIS TOOK ME FOREVER BUT I FINISHED!
SO basically these are two Pomeranian twin sisters and they LOOVE to be pampered and shop around and go to the salons and all that. They are very VERY girly and very fashionable...despite them not having much money. They wear make-up (not too much tho..ew) and love to dress up in poofy clothes!
I don't have names for them yet, but I know its going to be something that rhymes
