On the way to lunch I decided to keep my blood hallucination to myself. I'm not trying to say I don't trust Jack, but come on. I was hallucinating. Does that mean I'm like, you know. Going crazy? Surely one little thing such as that can't put me in the funny farm. Right?
   I found Jack sitting at our table, which consisted of me...and well, Jack. We're not exactly popular people. But we entertain ourselves. Who needs other people anyway. Me
   I sat next to Jack, hearing my stomach screaming. Seeing my breakfast hadn't stayed with me, I was pretty hungry. What I had taken from the cafeteria was mac and cheese, and orange, a fruit cup, and chocolate milk. I picked up my shovel and started digging.
   I felt Jack's stare, but he kept quiet. Infact, i'm sure anyone would be able to know if Jack was staring. His eyes burn through your skull. He probably felt my vibe, and knew something was up. He can read peple as if they had a sign on their head stating how they were feeling.
  It took all my hunger pains and brain power to not turn around, stare back, and say,"Look I can bulge my eyes out too!" But before I could do anything mean, Jack said those two words that summed up all the staring and silence. "What's wrong?" My eyes wandered over to him, trying to make my face puzzled. "Uh, nothing." I went back to my orange, biting into the fruit as the juice spilled out. But Jack wasn't buyin it.
"Dude, I know when somethin ain't right, so don't give me that crap, and just spit it out." Agitation surged through me like a wave, and I turned my face to him while I let the orange slide out of my mouth. "Happy?" Yah, i'm being immature, but I didn't feel like being interrogated.
I saw the hurt in his eyes, and he turned back to his salad. Guilt filled my stomache, and I lost my appetite. "Oh please. You deserve pain, you deserve to suffer.
My heart stopped. I couldn't breathe as the memory swept through me, and the cafeteria seemed to be going int slow motion. People smiling, their worlds ok, no pain at all...
"Conner? You look sick dude. I'm bringin you to the nurse. So I need you t.." My world was covered in darkness.
