Darna is a Filipina Comicbook superhero. She's been around since 1950 and has a big cult following in the Philippines. She is the most popular Filipino comic superhero and dozens of movies have been made about her.

I am a huge fan of Bruce Timm's Animated style on Batman so I tried to imagine how the character would look like in Bruce Timm's style. I drew the image, scanned it and then colored it using Adobe Photoshop 5.5

Special thanks to Edgar Tadeo. the Tutorials in his website [link] really helped me in learning how to do professional caliber line art editing. My work is not very polished because the original line art was not very clean. I'm still learning.
