The concept-- a sweet, interspecies attraction between a tiger and a wolf --is cute and sweet, and it makes me smile. The wording makes me wonder if the love is requited or not, and I think you should put a little more story into the description. That, however, is just personal preference.
I like the technique used to draw this, and the entirely blue shading. The rough strokes give the feel of the fur, an element that is often forgotten and, when left out, can ruin an otherwise nice picture.
The wolf's proportions are perfect, but the tiger's proportions are that of a... wolf. He should be taller, broader, and larger than he is, and his neck is set awkwardly on his shoulders. His head is drawn perfectly and his face is too sweet, especially the little smile.
All in all, great work. Overall 4 stars.

Thank you for the critique! I agree 100% with the tiger's odd anatomy. I didnt use any ref for this and I didnt pre-sketch this at all, I'm suprised there arent more mistakes than the ones you mentioned. Plus Im mostly a canine artists so drawing kitties without a reference photo may lead to "interesting" results. :3
As for further description about the characters and situation, I dont think it is needed. Everyone can judge for themselves if these two are a couple or not and is it a happy union or a sad one.
