I can imagine it was either Kacchan, or that Izuku tripped over his foot again and fell 😫
Either way, Toshi will be taking care of him! That would be so cute if Toshi just saw Izuku and he was about to cry, he would pick him up and carry him out of the scene.
"It's enough training for today for you, my boy"
And then he would buy him a ice cream or something XD
