nope! This is The Masked Phantom (aka Casper) a champion versatility TWH gelding who did a fine job exhibiting the breed. He is a bay tovero and the other side of his face is white with a weird half blue eye. When I first saw this guy enter the ring though I was like O_O ...no.... it can't be.... just look at their smiliar-ness lol fav.me/d6qsh46 he's a very handsome and outgoing gelding who gets jealous if you leave him for the other horses xD
