These are some updated concepts that I did of the way that I draw Luthien! I've had a couple of different people ask if I there was a reason I drew her in a big fluffy coat versus the usual blue dress she is described as wearing. One person even asked if it was Christmas themed once, haha! So these are the reasons:
-I wanted to draw her wearing something that was travel appropriate, that she'd be comfortable in and able to move around in easily
-I made it fluffy because it gets cold out in the wilderness (also for the aesthetic )
-I colored her coat differently because I wanted my Luthien to have something different about her than the usual interpretations that people have.
