وَمَنْ يتهيَّبْ صُعُودَ الجِبَـالِ يَعِشْ أَبَدَ الدَّهْرِ بَيْنَ الحُفَـرْ

The saying above can be translated as: "He who fears climbing mountains will dwell forever amongst holes". It was taken from a poem by Abu Al Qassim Ash-Shaabi, and it's a very good lesson for self-confidence in chasing one's dreams and fulfilling one's ambitions.

This one has been taken during my trip back home from Portland, Oregon. I'm not sure what these heights are because I haven't had the opportunity to visit any. I know that in that region you can find Mt.Hood, St. Helens, Mt. Adams, the Three Sisters ([link] ), etc., but I have no clue which are the ones on my photograph! So, if you see this image and recognize them, or if you live in Oregon or Washington or nearby, please enlighten me.
