This whole thing is 's fault. He suggested making this pic, he suggested the giant horn, he suggested... well no, I decided that Jareth needed to be surrounded by goblins and wearing his crystal ballroom coat. But really, I wouldn't have ever thought to do this if it weren't for him, I'd have done more filly tales. Incidentally more are on the way, I just wanted to finish this first.

A short explanation: this is inspired by Chrysalis. See, changelings in references to fairy tales are both the children stolen by fairies or goblins AND the goblin children left behind. And because I'm always babbling about fairy tales to ~Neuroticfanboy he already knew about that myth and made the connection to the babe stealing Goblin King and once he said something I just had to do this.

I know the fanbase considers Diamond Dogs to be goblins and normally I'd totally agree, but I just can't picture Jareth as a Diamond Dog, so instead I made him something similar to Chrysalis. Yay!

Jareth, the Labyrinth, and all related characters belong to Jim Henson, Brian Froud, and David Bowie (and probably a few other names I should mention)

Ponies belong to Hasbro and Lauren Faust
