I really like the design and the colours, (slight bias since they remind me of the Megaman Zero game in terms of style) and you did a really good job translating the hair to a human shape. The breasts are a bit of an issue though, not so much because you made them big, but because one is MUCH bigger than the other (that, and her outfit has boob-socks). Otherwise, really good.
