I'm dying, this is truly amazing. The show's og animation definitely needed some refining and this redraw is like jaw droppingly good, like the perfect refinement of all of it, and I'm so in love with it I could hug you. o.o Honestly, amazing!

In the show, Goth and his brother were portraits as meat eaters. I'm not 100% if vampire bats eat other animals. I always thought they really just drink blood from cows and chickens.

The species of Goth and his brother is "spectral bat" or commonly called "False giant vampires", this species feeds of small animals, rodents, amphibians, reptiles, birds, etc ... but I think to give them more antagonism In the show they were put as "cannibals" eating other bats...(?

They are ‘false vampire bats’ or more commonly, ’spectral bats.’ People usually mistook them for vampire bats hence the name. They don’t drink blood but eat smaller animals.

Dunno why, but this makes me think of Don Bluth, at least a little. I know he wasn't involved in this series, so it's probably just the way you drew them that reminds me of his style.
