all good, hating my course we aint allowed to do anything good at the moment lol, so ive done some stuff at home, like a huge dragon on my bedroom wall lol, ill put it up soon... maybe today you should come visit one day x

What paper and pencils do you use? Did you use any sites or books to get this good or was it self taught? I was just wondering because I cant draw people and I dont know how to improve on my own.

Hi,
I'm self taught but i've used various tutorials that other deviants have made on here which helped me alot.
Atm i'm still using normal sketch paper ... haven't got round to buying some decent paper yet, which i regret.
I use Derwent Medium pencils, choosing a good brand of pencil is important because cheaper ones sometimes have grit in them which can scratch the paper.

Have a look at some of the other pencil artists on here as some of them have made some good tutorials on equipment and techniques which will definitely help.

Thats so much I went out and brought loads of new art stuff and brought some drawing books to help me out. Thanks for the advice i'll definatly look around.
