Great B/W-pieces you draw! I like the angle you showed here especially. There's very little to see of Lily, yet you managed to portray her personality (or at least the way Severus' saw her) effectively. Very cool!
I also like that you keep to Snape's canon descriptions without making him a cross between Quasimodo and the Elephant Man: many fanartists seem to feel that a long hooked nose and pale skin and being skinny/stringy as a teenager makes for instant physical hideousness which I never understood... (Especially since the same people miracously never portray Dumbledore with his even more extreme nose "very long, very crooked" or Minerva with a very similiar physical description in feminine as the epitome of ugly, just Snape)

wow this picture is so emotional: the full black reinforce the melancholy and I love the fact that Lily is cut, it is as if she were never really with him even in his presence ... at least it seems thatΒ΄s how Severus feels.

whilst i agree on the above COMPLETLY i must be obliged to say that James POTTER had to get Lily becuase if not than there would ahve been no HARRY POTTER.
but, JK's invented characters for hte mere purpose of marrying another one (Tonks's main reason was to be someone for the always depressed Lupin) and why she couldn't come up with something to make his life not 100% miserable is beyond me.
