!I HAVE THE PROOF!Well, Gaara has these dark eyes, because of the beast within him, right? (he's not able to sleep and so on)
But....Akatsuki caught the beast within Gaara...
and he still has theses dark eyes???!!!
It can't be, so he has to use eyeliner

You raise a valuable point, but if he uses eyeliner, then there has to be a girl with eyeliner, right? Wrong. Because it's not eyeliner. If you loose a lot of sleep, (which he has) It can actually leave dakr scars on your eye's.
