Natalie Portman at the premiere of Star Wars II (Attack of the clones) in 2002.I used a mechanical pencil, pencils from caran d'ache, tortillons, tissues and a kneaded eraser.

Nice drawing. I like it but I have little advice.
You can use softer pencil to draw grid maybe 2B pencil. If it's softer it easier to erase it from drawing and not visible on finished drawing.
I know I'm newbie to lecture you, but it's make better effect.
