This is a very skilled drawing! As far as I can tell you've got the proportions spot-on, you've captured his look and his expression. His hair is well done, and the shading shows the form of his face quite well.
If you don't mind my critique, I would suggest that in future you really add some dark contrast to the drawing. Don't be afraid to have some really black parts - his pupils, for instance, can be as dark as you can make it with whatever pencils you use, and the same under his nostrils. There will be really dark shadows in his hair, ear, mouth, etc. Then you can try introducing darker values to his cheeks and skin. From there the trick is to have a good transition between the shadow tones, the mid tones, and the white highlights, if that makes sense? You shading here is very good, it's just a limited range of "colors" or shades.

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. On my next drawing I'll definitely try to use darker shades etc. Really, just feel free to criticize my drawings. It's the only way for me to improve.
