Finally finished!!!

This is =Failed-romance-x 's mare Cicero! Yay for giftart!

Okay so Cicero has a job to do, she can communicate with the spirits of those passed to help them complete their unfinished business. (My titles are soooo original..) The talisman on her horn -pretty freakin awesome- is supposed to beat like a heart. I like it... :3
I decided to have her in the picture with the spirit of a young foal, but the foal is nameless and I have no idea why I even drew it.

I'm rather happy with it, not so much the background, but hey! I tried. I changed the way I shade, and also the way I do the mane and tail. It's simpler and I think it looks better than how I used to shade.

Anyways, I know I didn't get her markings quite right- but I think it's a bit too late to fix it. I hope ya like it!
