Definitely an interesting interpretation of Elita One. I almost didn't recognize her without antennae. If you've ever seen Don Figueroa's rendition of her for Dreamwave, you know how he handled them (made them thin).

She's gorgeous! I really like the colors you chose for her lips, they look believable with her grey face. Also, the way you have her optics reflecting off the sides of her nose is so pretty 
That's a nice helmet design, too, I'm not sure that I've ever seen Elita without her crazy "hair" spikes
