Yup, some of us do care about the environment, and that doesn't look good. Do you know what it is? Whatever it is, it's obviously not good, but just how bad it is we don't know without knowing exactly what it is.
Some of the worst things are things you can't see at all.

it's an industrial waste..i got it from google for my subjects,i've got to make presentation about environment,i took a theme "industrial waste".
then i found that picture....

I guessed it was pretty certainly industrial waste - but there are many different kinds of industrial waste, some very bad indeed, some that do much less harm. It's hard to tell which without either knowing what the industry that produced it does, or having farily expensive analytical equipment. I certainly can't tell just by looking at your picture
