Ladies and gentlemen..THIS is why I haven't posted much lately. Well, that and about a billion other things. This is part 1 of 3 of my final project for art class. Its a side-shot of Floyd "Money" Mayweather.I have new respect for realism people. Holy CRUD was this exhausting. Like...6-8 hours locked in a room with a reference picture and a 2b pencil (with kneadable eraser!).
Sorry about the quality..its on HUGE mold-made paper (cost me 5 bucks a sheet!) so I had to do a webcam shot. which was MUCH more difficult then it seems.

Lol, well the key to it is two things..really good paper (like 5 bucks a SHEET) and looots of elbow grease in the smudging. But I'm learning different shading techniques that I should really use instead of smudging...because its kinda like cheating.
