*craicraicrai* There's plenty of mistakes and stuff but I'm not going to point them out 8DD and the line quality changes half way through because I started to get impatient and started to rush. I guess Im just not meant to dish out clean animation QuQ/ the winking looks ok but the last half doesnt look quite as lovely so maybe I should have just left it at the wink?? QuQ

How many years have you been practicing this craft? I love animation too, and would love any advice you have to offer.

^^ I've been animating for maybe 6 years or so (self taught and slowly learning) and I love it. It's a pretty masochistic hobby/profession because of all it's tedious work but it's rewarding in the sense hat it brings your characters to life.
Keep it up and practice, experiment and find what works for you. It won't happen quickly and over night but eventually you'll find what works for you and what doesn't, and improve. It probably help more to animate simple objects first (like a ball lol) but I kinds jumped right in and started with people and hair movements because that's what I like OTL
If you're serious about animation, I recommend a book called "animators survival guide" it's a fantastic book that was recommended to me several times throughout the years. It can be pretty pricey but I think amazon has used versions at a reasonable price. If you have itunes, they have an itunes (ibooks?) version as well. It really lays down the foundation of animation for any one, beginner or pro, to get into animation.

There is no animation program ^^
I used Sai to draw my frames and I used azdrawing2 to make the frames into a gif and test the animation. Both are drawing programs but azdrawing has a feature to make your layers into gifs
