There is an art to using markers which will bleed... you need to choose working surfaces which are less porous. So move from matte to semi-gloss surfaces and the less permeable the paper/board/canvas... the less bleed you have to deal with.
Watercolor paper does well because it is designed to handle large amounts of liquid on its surface.
But regardless... you are still incredibly talented. I doubt you are capable of doing anything less than someone really inspired. So go out, draw and be happy!
