Robin has a fondness for adventure, although she hasn't got the knowledge she would like to have for it. She enjoys spending time in the forests and lakes alongside her companion Absol gathering berries to make tea, hunting, and practising with her bow and daggers. She loves the idea of becoming a well seasoned marks-woman even having picked the path of the mercenary. She surrounds herself with nature in a way as she spends entire afternoons meditating alongside Absol, both of them enjoying the connection they make through it when they can. She isn't much of a social person but tries hard and likes to be as helpful as possible when needed. She likes a job well done and puts great effort to feel emotionally connected towards any goal she wants to reach. She likes to climb to trees and if possible mountains just to feel the wind blowing on her face, it calms her when troubled. Gathering and capable of growing almost every kind of berry, her favourites are Pecha, Wiki and Mago berries. As for Absol, she loves Wiki and Kelpsy berries.

DISLIKES
Even though being a mercenary means that sometimes killing is a must, she dislikes it whole heartedly; that's why she prays for every soul no matter who they were or what they did.
Robin has a protective sense towards mistreated people and pokemon, injustices are something that weights heavy in her mind and in some way she feels the urge to intercede if she is able to.
Aguav berries make her cringe, for some unusual reason she can't stand them.

PERSONALITY
Robin is a very simple girl. She is a survivor, but a naive one at that. She's extremely dependant of her companion Absol who takes care of her in their journeys. Born on a noble family but completely inadequate for that kind of life; she preserves the lessons in her mind just to respect her parents but doesn't apply them. When socializing she appears to be somewhat shy at first, and even if difficult she tries to open up to others. Being too dependant of her companion costs her dearly when going out on her own although Absol follows her everywhere it can, hiding in shadow to avoid most people to see her. Her most precious possession are two beautifully carved black daggers, previously owned by her father. Since she's all alone in the world now, her greatest fear is to lose Absol who even being supposedly younger than her, knows her ground better.

HISTORY
Growing up at a noble house is never an easy task for a girl who yearns for adventure, and for that reason Robin never fit completely in her household. Often sneaking away through the forest behind her home, and more than once being scolded for running away when told to not. Her father was a collector of blades, and this led in her taking a fascination on daggers, specially a pair maid with her house crest. After getting completely muddy from head to toes one night, she lost her way and ended cornered by a mountain. As the stars appeared wilderness wasn't kind and rain among other dangers chased her for miles until a pack of Absol took ahold of her, meeting in that way the father of her companion; An Absol which she learnt to be called Farith. They led her to her house ending badly as she was forbade to go outside.
Not wanting to listen to her family and feeling limited, she escaped towards the mountain to find the pack again. Failing to do so, she encountered a river when a cry distraught her. A cub of Absol, half the size of her at that time was almost drowning on the current. Without a though she threw herself towards the current to help the little one. She caught it but was dragged in the process making her faint. Not long after waking up, she found herself surrounded by the pack. Disoriented and scared she thought of going back home but Farith stopped her. Behind him, the little cub of Absol ran to Robin circling her. Understanding their gratitude she bowed joyfully and said her goodbyes.
Returning home was easy now that she knew the path the river made. What she wasn't expecting was the fear she would have to face when getting to the house. The Crowley Household was on fire, every inch of the beautiful house where she had grown up was a lit and burning. Her expression deepened, and her eyes got blurry while approaching as far as she could to avoid getting hurt. Nobody helped them. The fire was finally appeased by the rain but little of the house stood. She never managed to understand what happened, but as sent from the skies, the little Absol cub appeared by her side and comforted her. "You wanted me to understand the message" she expressed passing her fingers through the clear white hair.
After the rain passed she searched the house to see if she could find anyone. Her parents and older brother were dead along with the people that worked at the house. She couldn't have wanted revenge for she didn't understand what that was. Beneath the ashes, she found the daggers she loved from her father's collection, untainted by the incident. Absol helped her bury her family and both of them sat near the graves. "I feel guilty, I should have died with them" she painfully confessed to the red eyed absol causing it to bite her arm. Absol thought she was being stupid and stood beside her after. Robin prayed for her family and stood up ready to begin again, there was nothing else there for her. That was when it hit her; What was Absol doing with her? Wasn't she supposed to be with her pack? She asked it and from the forest came down Farith. He then encouraged her daughter to head off with Robin.
Robin soon came to understand that Absol would become her companion for it wanted as much adventure as she herself dreamed of. Both travelled through the sea searching for a place to go and years passed. The girl got a bow and started training with it deciding to take jobs on the side while learning about the world. She became a bounty hunter with time and hard work. It is said one has to grow ruthless to do it, but she tried to get jobs that she considered to be for good. Going in the shadows alongside Absol they finally found a place near a place at Tunlio, where she would, once settled, go to the guild of mercenaries to figure out a bit more about the life she chose for herself.

Notes on Design: I studied medieval clothing like mad this month just to find the perfect clothing for this character, I'm pretty proud of this sort of velvety cotehardie (even though we should be pretending it's made of wool of course, velvet is a no no to Robin really). The second outfit is a wool skirt, white stockings, blue cotton shirt, green tunic and a mantle. I have more sketches of the clothes with a bliaunt and an italian renaissance dress, but this one was the best for now.
