-Character: Epikuro is a woman, but having a slender no-defining figure and a rather ungendered voice, as well as the male clothes she prefers to wear "because are easier to move with", make her be easily mistaken for a young lad with long hair.
On the surface, Epikuro is a mild, gentle doll-maker who loves candy and rainy days. She checks the toys to make sure they're not defective, fixes the ones with small mistakes and separates the too defective ones to be remade or scrapped; she does that straight behind the balcony and sometimes while atending customers. But she joined the assassin guild for a reason, and that's far from having a happy peaceful life working in a toys factory. Epikuro has a strong temper and will, and will not hesitate on dirtying her hands in a job she finds necessary. She'll be extremely picky while choosing her target, but also does her best to finish the chosen ones quickly and silently with the most efficient method in hands. Her appearence also makes her good at disguising herself.

-History: Born as the result of a case between a teacher and the pretty andersweltler refugee that lived in a small room of the house (doing housework in exchange for shelter and food), that child responded by the name of Edelweiss and received the middlename of her father. She was educated at home to be a fine lady and to hide her halfbreed origins.
But her quiet way of life was brutally interrupted when her father disappeared at the start of her teens, to never be found again. All people believed the teacher was dead, and the main pillar of her home-sweet-home had just crumbled. Her mother was forced to hide once again in the outskirts of town, and Edelweiss was left behind, both without money or a way to go on.

Finding herself alone with a mother who could work nowhere and having no one to depend on, Edelweiss started dressing herself as a male, that had cheaper and comfier clothes besides easing for her to be heard in the chauvinist society of Lodan. She learned both work and fight on the hard way by hits and misses, and to be agile and knowledged of stealth to avoid being dragged in brawls and pass safe in suspect places. Joining the assassins guild for lots of accumulated factors (the leader being a female half-breed like her, agreeing with the guild's ideals and not being afraid of dirtying her hands, wanting the truth and revenge for her father, (surprisingly) disagreeing with the Andersweltler guild that wants to overhelm the humans, etc.) and assuming the codename Epikuro, she also fell in love with the office of dealing with toys and could finally gain enough to feed herself and her mom.

After the queen's disappearance and Lodan being tossed into chaos, Edelweiss was one of the ones who gathered the remaining members of the guilds and rebuilt them into an association, by uniting the Assassin and Entertainment guilds under the single flag of CAESAL, managing them with a gentle but strict grip.
And even after all this time most people still are oddly unsure about what is her gender.
