Recharge man was made to supply energy to a wide variety of robots, and delivering a quick job on a recharge. His record for fastest charge is 3.27 seconds, powering a robot master with little energy, to full power. Due to his large variety of power cables, he can charge almost anything, from the common smart phone, to a complex robot master like commando man. Since he carries such a large amount of electricity, (which can power up a max of 60 robot masters from low to full, without depleting his own battery) he is always very hyperactive, and is extremely fast, rivaling elec man’s quickness. He is so fast, that he can create a lingering afterimage if himself, that can act independently, since recharge man is constantly switching places, so it’s an illusion of him appearing in two places at once. if he gets to low power, he somehow acts like he’s drunk. But it’ll take a short while until he gets back to full. When he’s doing anything, he tends to twitch around, sometimes letting out a short amount of electricity, as a short burst of shaking, though only for a half second. another thing is that he has a small dynamo inside him, constantly recharging his battery, albeit slowly. his "tablet charger outlet" on his buster, (he refuses to admit its a tablet charger) has an extension cord, for long/medium range charging. the power clamps on his buster is how he charges robots, by *gently* clamping on the siad target, and sending a powerful electrical charge.
his weapon is the power charge, an electrified aura around the user while they dash forward a short distance, powering machinery and frying foes. another quirk of the weapon, is you can also send a slow moving electric orb which also charges machinery, but keeps the safety of the user. (even tho you get full invincibility while power charging)
