Hmmm ^^He is so much fun to draw..... and so adorable in chibi XD.

I thought about making him nomnom an ice cream cone but decided I was too lazy XD.
NO I did not recycle this background.... well, maybe a little...

Edit: I just realized that you can see his rosy cheeks on top of his eyeballs o3o Layers were out of order I guess XD
