Anyway, I said I wanted to try him again with Prismacolors, I think this second attempt is much better
I think all those Loki studies might have paid off.. though, there are still some thing I don't quite like....This was done with Prismacolor pencils on acrylic paper.

So... This drawing is amazing! The shadings, details, everything... Great! But there's still the background thingy. Have you ever thought about mixing medias and doing the backgrounds with pastels? You can do better color passages without much effort then and it still fits well to prismacolors.

I don't have any experience with these, but I really can recommend pastels, they are great for coloring large spaces and not too expensive.

Very cool! Loki is one of my favorite Marvel supervillains, and also one of my favorite mythological villainous gods, along with Ancient Egypt's Set. I think Set and Loki are very similar since they're both tricksters and they conspire against their fellow gods. Osiris and Odin are the good gods, both are the brothers of Set and Loki respectively, although in Marvel Comics, Loki is Thor's foster brother. I thought Loki was pretty good in both Thor and The Avengers. I still can hardly wait for Avengers 2 (I heard it'll be darker).

I know nothing of the Loki in the commics and only a little about the mythological one.. I just like the character in the movie.. like how Tom plays him, he does it so well, and I love his design, he looks great

Thor 2 will be amazing. I hope Captain America 2 will also be cool, as will Iron Man 3. I heard in Iron Man 3 that the new villain will be the Mandarin, but he will be played by an Englishman, not an Asian. Where's the logic in that?

hhmm... maybe he was rase by mandarins... or he's part mandarin..? lol I don't think they would go back to what they did in the old movies, taped the eyes bad to give the "apperience" of being asian. It just look silly.
