Yeah, me and my brain . . .

So I FINALLY got to see 9 the other day at a discount theater. Been wanting to see that movie for ages, but have never gotten the opportunity yet. But my little sis works at this theater and we finally went for a showing.
The movie itself was everything I expected it to be; lacking in character development, storytelling, and plot, but lovely on the eyes and ears. It may not be the best story ever, but I love it all the same. I just try not to think about how gosh-darn depressing the setting is.

But as I was coming out of the theater, I had a revelation. That scientist . . . putting bits of his soul into stitchpunk dolls . . . why does that sound familiar . . . 8O OMGOSH he's making HORCRUXES!!

So naturally that got me thinking about Harry Potter and all. And this popped in my head. Was too funny not to draw. XD
It also occured to me that Voldermort ended up making about eight horcruxes thorugh the course of the HP history. So . . . if nine IS the limit . . . had Voldie made one more horcrux, maybe he might have just keeled over too like the scientist, thus rendering the entire plotline of Harry Potter avoidable! OH the humanity, if ONLY he'd killed one more person . . .

(BTW, yes I DO know that the Scientist didn't actually kill anyone to make the stitchpunks, but the whole soul bit was too much a parallel to pass up.)

This like, MAYBE took an hour all total. It was just a quick pencil sketch I slapped color on and shaded with a sloppy burn. Voldie was actually suprisingly easy to draw. I based him off the movie version cause that's what most people would probably recognize (hopefully), although in my art style he looks more like Gollum (now there's ANOTHER crack crossover joke pic waiting to happen). Hardest part was 9's eyes; I never do well with circles.

. . . Would avada kedavra even work on stitchpunks? I mean, they already RUN on green light . . .<--Random Thought
