5. You cannot change the design to where it's unrecognizable, but you may change it slightly! (Example- changing accessories, giving them their legg back)
6. They can be non-WoF!
7. They're not yours until the points are sent!

Notes (Optional, just a few possible ideas!):

Probably some sort of ring fighter in the Sand Kingdom. Treats the loss of their leg like it's nothing- just another cool scar for stories for the ladies and the men. Possibly has some SkyWing ancestry (up to you). 100% thinks they're a badass.
