Description Based on this cartoon .

I found the picture while I was searching for stuff about the Schuman declaration - in fact, I was supposed to draw something serious for the Europe Day, but when I found this one I had to redraw it with the Hetalia characters.

I'll post something more serious tomorrow, right now I'm too tired for anything.

Thanks I used Faber Castell pitt pens (S, M and B) on normal paper!

you should experiment with dip pens, with your line control you can make your lines alot more varied

Ah I know, I use them from time to time! But this was a really quickly done thing, so I didn't bother taking out the ink - pitt pens are much faster!
