The clothes are designed to make more of a statement, rather for functionality's sake, if that's what you mean.
If you mean they visually look funny, well, everyone's gotta practice somehow

I LOVE THE WAY HER HAIR LOOKS! Aah I like the netting on her top, too. Like, wow. I'd wear it, haha! And headphones! SO MUCH DETAIL ON THE HEADPHONES! I love the sounds falling out of them, too
