Oh my, the lil mer is coming along beautifully. The choice of colors was a very wise one. It suits it. I suppose it's a quick color job because you're trying to figure out if you're satisfied with it. -nod, nods- I like it though.

I just noticed that she doesn't have horns like the actually sea creature. Was that on purpose? I agree with Ali about the transparent edges.

I like that you can see her heart, but I feel like the rest of her skin should be semi-transparent as well.
Maybe using a low-level opacity and flow eraser to the edges?
