Ok... my comment is like years overdue... but lately playing off of Final Fantasy Tactics A2, this peep reminds me of viera, nu mou, moogles... perhaps a bit of bangaa all at once.

Eheh, it's awesome. One of the coolest hats ever. Who could go wrong with stripes and a big red pompom? I like that the critter wearing said hat has her lollypop backwards in her mouth. That's a fun touch.
