Hey hey everybody. I thought I'd upload a little WIP to stay active and not be dead.

I recently created a poll to see if people would like to see the pokemon I'm drawing. I'm not very far yet, but this is how I'm making them. 16 squares on one sheet of watercolor paper, each for one pokemon. pencil sketch (mechanical pencil)-> single line ink (dip pen and indian ink)-> detailed inking + cross hatching (dip pen and indian ink)-> paint (watercolors)-> finished. All of the squares here are inked, but not all of them have detailed line values and cross hatching yet. You can see the difference

The photo I took of this is actually pretty crappy and doesn't do the fine inking justice, I must admit. I'm sorry It's kind of a shame, because you can't really see the effort I put into the tiny bits of cross hatching. But all will be well when I upload the finished cards. It'll be awesome, you'll see.

I don't really have a lot of time to work on this project because I have one very big commission to take care of, but I work on it every now and then.

And if people don't recognize any of these, which I hope won't be the case X)
first row: ghastly, haunter, gengar, bulbasaur
second row: ivysaur, venusaur, weedle, kakuna
third row: beedrill, ekans, arbok, nidoran female
fourth row: nidorina, nidoqueen, zubat, golbat
