Description I decided to try something different this time. I used a copper-backed engraving board, and scratched the picture out on it.

I don't think it's too bad, considering it's the first time I used those materials. It looks a LOT better in person--the scanner didn't pick up the copperness at all.
I used photoshop to adjust the levels and resize, and that's it ;

Done for the Fur Art Exchange.

Wow, it's great to see you trying out new styles, Myrror. Now I understand what you meant by saying you needed more materials. I think the scrathboard worked really well for the fur texture. I'd love to see it in person to get the full effect.

Accually, that comment was for another exchange...and what I got has NONE of the colors I need. >.<

This was a 'when down an aisle I hadn't before, and *whomp* there is is'--just thought it would be cool, and it wasn't that expensive

Getting the wrong colours sounds frustrating, though finding new materials that work well is always exciting. Best of luck with the other exchanges.

It's tha 'bad art war' exchange--if worst comes to worst, I'll use crayons.

Crayons?!

Speaking of art exchanges though, which ones are you favourites, because I'm thinking of possibly joining one/some.

Yah, crayons.

It all depends..what kind of character do you have?

My only real character is pretty much human, with furry legs and hooves. I could make up something else I guess, or is it better if you have a proper history with the character?

It's good to have some personality, some background information, but it's not that nessacary.
