In my opinion, I see that as the perfect place to celebrate Christmas. It has such a beautiful view, and the room actually looks warm, inviting, and quite comfortable. The Christmas tree is decorated with a touch, I can't really put my finger on. The rugs on the floor I beleive make everything fit together like a puzzle. This picture is definetly a favorite. :]

I'm concerned about the tone of it... it's too yellow I think. I should have used a different ISO speed / WB. It was taken sooo long ago.

No, It needs to be sharper. Unsharp mask is a sharpening program in photoshop. It doesen't need much, just a tindge. And just change the white balance in photoshop! Photoshop is a wonderful program, treat it like a darkroom.
