's character Serina.I'm sorry that I couldn't draw her 'doing some sort of chaos control' (or I did???)... I just realized that I don't know how to draw a chaos control... what kind of sonic fan am I?
anyways I hope you like it >.<' I just "copied" her powers like you had her in the reference
and I forgot the chaos emerald fffuuuuuuuuuuuuu...
