*edit* So I was not completely happy with the other design, it looked and sounded like some weird emo sob story crap, so I based this one more on my macabre/grim dark side*
Name: Amaya Ryou (CCG name: "Smiley")
Age: 24
Gender: Female

D.O.B: October 25
District #: Just moved to the 20th ward
Race: Ghoul
Personality/bio: Not really social at all, she is a loner ghoul. She recently just moved to the 20th ward to "hunt" more. Nobody really knows her motive behind what she does, but she hunts and kills other ghouls or humans who are greedy, or have done bad, or kill for pleasure, (at least that is what the CCG has come up with) She rarely takes her mask off as she doesn't want anyone to see her face who know who she really is.
Kagune: Bikaku, She can wield it well, she usually fights with just one of her tails, but in stressful situations or if her adrenaline is rushing she will wield all 4 of her tails and use two of them to attack while using the other two to keep her mobile while attacking.
Mask: Her mask is simple, a solid black flat mask, no eyes, just a wide toothy smile, (reason why shes called "smiley") she always wears her hood as well when wearing her mask

Extras: If she does happen to take off her mask, she has bright red eyes, pale face and has medium length dark purple hair.
Likes: Hunting at night, people watching and observing how others behave. When she tries to blend in with society (which is very very rare) she likes to window shop the stores in town, especially bakery shops, she is fascinated with all the foods and sweets that humans eat, and secretly wishes she could enjoy them as much as a human
Dislikes: Being in big crowds of people, CCG and corrupt ghouls and humans.
Relationships: Shes pretty much a loner, when she was old enough to finally leave her parents, she said her good byes and never really went home to see them again. She might one day though..

Interesting character, her kagune looks dangerously sharp and seems to have a murdering aura with the dark red veins (?)...

I had thought about her having a possible interaction with Kaneki, since he is the bridge between ghoul and human. She would offer for him to fight by her side.
I haven't thought much past that though.

Well I mean it, like if your character was a regular on TG, she would be my fav character on the anime. And I feel like she would definitely lay into all the characters too XD. Cause I honestly don't have a favorite character in Tokyo ghoul. All of them kind of suck. lol sorry.

lol, well dang. Personally I like Kaneki , Ayato, Rize, Hinami and Juuzou. I don't care for Touka cause she feels like shes just a filler character, even in the manga, the others I don't care too much for either

You'll probably hate me for this, but I don't like Touka and Ayato for these reason
they feel like they have real reasons to be pissed off at the world. But they don't
they've dealt with the same problems that every other ghoul has had to deal with.

that and they keep positive attitudes and jobs. You want someone who should be pissed off at the world it's Kaneki,
he wasn't born a ghoul, he was unwilling turned into one and his life got turned into
a living hell and touka has the nerve to compare her life to his. Yeah she's right, their
pains are way different because she's dealt with it her whole life! Kaneki, he now has
leave a life he loved for one he as to survive in.
I know it sound like I'm ranting, but when you look at how the story goes, their are multiple
ways this story could go and kaneki could've taken your characters way of hunting. Honestly,
that's how I wanted his character to be. But instead of hunting bad people and ghouls, he still
does the whole coffee thing or whatever goes on in the manga now. I honestly lost interest in the
manga after a while.

Oh I agree with you 100% Touka is my least favorite character, at least Ayato doesn't really bitch that much about how his life is.
I feel like Touka is just a filler character in all honesty, like if she wasn't in the anime the show really wouldn't be much different. You could easily put someone else in her place.
Funny that you mention that Kaneki would fit better as a hunter, cause the original concept for him was that he was a ghoul who hunted out bad ghouls and killed them. (kinda where I got the idea from lol)
I don't know how much you have read into the manga, I finally caught up and I am reading TG: RE I won't spoil it if you haven't read it, but Kaneki kind of goes back to his old ways of being more bad ass lol.

That's what I'm saying! god! I hated touka! and wow I didn't know that's how Kaneki was suppose to be.
Because when I heard him say "I'm join aogiri" I was like "WHY!?!?!?!" What reason do you have to join
to aogiri? Also, about RE I know he loses he's memory and joins CCG with a bunch of other people who
go through the surgery of having ghoul organs inside them to make them stronger and stuff.

I know right? I feel like Touka is only in the story to be some kind of stupid love interest for Kaneki. What's dumb is in tokyo ghoul root A she says she wants to open a coffee shop, well, in RE she does.. congrats touka, your the most boring character and your dream has come true. She seriously doesn't need to be in the story anymore.
I can't remember exactly why, but I think he joined aogiri to draw attention away from Touka and Hide so the CCG wouldn't go after them.
Well, if you don't mind spoilers:
He gets his memory back, and joins back on the ghouls side basically and goes after the CCG again, and a few rather important characters die
