You made them look like completely different persons, while, from what I assume, they are both Hei. First I thought there will be some new character, but apparently there won't. On the reference picture you used It's visible they're the same person. Here, the most confusing is hair color. And the face of the one in shirt looks more like that of the young blond investigator.
Generally on the official artwork Hei in shirt looks so huge, wide arms and all :/
Well, your art is fine, although maybe a bit to bright and vibrant for me. But the coloring looks good
