beautiful place!..like the composition,,lots of interest. Great textures/contrasting colours. I'd like to have seen more shadows,well longer shadows cast by the stones and I think the upper -left cloud is too bright. Perhaps if this photograph was taken later in the day,when the sun was lower, it would enhance the shapes and tones of the seascape.

yes - I agree, I think you put your finger on all my own criticisms of the picture too - I loved the angle more than anything and despite the obvious flaws I felt it was still nice enough to post. Not quite in sharp focus either !!!

I love the angle!! all the stones and sand have a metallic quality to them and there are a lot of different textures throughout. did that sound thoughtful and unbiased enough?
