hahaha...so i've been watching a lot of queer as folk lately. in the first season finale they have a going away party for mikey, he was gonna be moving to portland with his partner david, and so the theme was flannel.. hahaha.... i forget who said it but one of the guys, when he saw their friends lindsay and melanie wearing plaid flannel, said "flannel... isn't that like, lingerie for lesbians?"
it instantly made me think of marie. hehe. i just had to sketch this and slap some color on it.
so here's some sexy flannel. i might scrap this later.

ah yeah, my mom was like that at first too. but not because she thinks being gay is a sin, she just didn't want me watching stuff with adult content when i was like... 13. my dad however usually let me watch whatever i wanted, haha... but i've downloaded all the episodes so i can watch it in the privacy of my room.
and sketchyness is awesome. i always love the texture it adds to a drawing.

haha, mine too, thats why i missed a lot of the first few seasons. and then when we got illegal cable (shhh) i would watch it after my mom went to bed... but now i just download everything. my parents don't really care what i watch anymore, haha...
anyway, it's a good show. kinda riddled with stereotypes but not really in a bad way? i dunno how to explain it. but yeah. good stuff.

My girl-friend used to wear one of my flannel shirts around the house with nothing under it, like a lil night-robe, and OH MY GOD it was the sexiest damned thing I ever ran into! It became like "Fuck me now" flag she'd wear and we never had more sex than that winter!
